After Thanksgiving, and Christmas Dinner. I am SO sick of Mashed Potatoes. So Yesterday, With my Chicken Roulade, I served Cauliflower mash. After It was finished. I realized that there wasn't a whole lot of it. So I had to cheat a little. It came out so delicious! You would've never known it was from Frozen Cauliflower. Enjoy this amazing Side dish, and serve it along side endless entrees :)

Ingredients

  • 1 bag
    frozen cauliflower florets
  • 3/4
    brick of extra sharp white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    half & half
  • 1 box
    green giant cauliflower & cheese sauce
  • To Taste
    s&p

How to Make Cheaters Two Cheddar Cauliflower Mash

Step-by-Step

  1. Shred 3/4's of the Brick of Cheddar
  2. Steam Cauliflower until tender, Drain. And Add the cheese and Half & Half. Cover until melted.
  3. Microwave Green Giant Cauliflower & Cheese until warmed through.
  4. Mix in with the other Cauliflower and Cheese. and begin Mashing until desired consistency.
  5. Add Sour cream, then heat through, Serve Hot and Enjoy :)
