After Thanksgiving, and Christmas Dinner. I am SO sick of Mashed Potatoes. So Yesterday, With my Chicken Roulade, I served Cauliflower mash. After It was finished. I realized that there wasn't a whole lot of it. So I had to cheat a little. It came out so delicious! You would've never known it was from Frozen Cauliflower. Enjoy this amazing Side dish, and serve it along side endless entrees :)
