I tried this the first time at my boyfriend's aunts house. I really liked it so I asked for the recipe and she gave it up:). This is a sweet and crunchy side dish. Yum!

How to Make Charlene's Broccoli Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Fry bacon crispy, drain, and chop into bits. I just cut my bacon with my kitchen shears and fry that way I don't have to chop after its cooked. See pic
  2. In the meantime, chop broccoli into florets. Chop green onions (I use my scissors to snip small). Place both in large mixing bowl. Add cheddar cheese. Toss.
  3. Mix mayo, Parmesan, and sugar until combined.
  4. Toss salad with dressing, bacon, and Chinese noodles just before serving. Enjoy:)
