How to Make Cauliflower with Tangy Mustard Sauce
- Remove leaves and wash cauliflower. Place cauliflower head on a microwave safe plate and cover with microwave safe plastic wrap or lid. Microwave on "high" for 13-18 minutes or until tender.
- While cauliflower is cooking, combine mayonnaise, onion, and mustard in a small bowl.
- Remove cauliflower from microwave and spread mayonnaise mixture over top and sides of cooked cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Return cauliflower to microwave and cook on "high", uncovered, for 1 minute to heat topping and melt cheese.
