cauliflower with tangy mustard sauce

Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower head
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon minced, dried onion
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cauliflower with tangy mustard sauce

Step 1Remove leaves and wash cauliflower. Place cauliflower head on a microwave safe plate and cover with microwave safe plastic wrap or lid. Microwave on "high" for 13-18 minutes or until tender.

Step 2While cauliflower is cooking, combine mayonnaise, onion, and mustard in a small bowl.

Step 3Remove cauliflower from microwave and spread mayonnaise mixture over top and sides of cooked cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 4Return cauliflower to microwave and cook on "high", uncovered, for 1 minute to heat topping and melt cheese.
