- 1 - head cauliflower, cleaned of stems
- - olive oil
- - accent
- - garlic powder
- - onion powder
- - pepper if desired

Step 1Clean stems from cauliflower, leave it in big chunks (she made it into quarters unless really large head of cauliflower, then into 6ths). Put into water and steam in the microwave or on the stove, just until fork tender. Drain all the water and put the cauliflower onto the plate. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings.
