This was one of my favorite things Grandma W made for me. I could eat the entire head of cauliflower for a meal on my own!

Ingredients For cauliflower with olive oil drizzle, grandma w

  • 1
    head cauliflower, cleaned of stems
  • olive oil
  • accent
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • pepper if desired

How To Make cauliflower with olive oil drizzle, grandma w

    Clean stems from cauliflower, leave it in big chunks (she made it into quarters unless really large head of cauliflower, then into 6ths). Put into water and steam in the microwave or on the stove, just until fork tender. Drain all the water and put the cauliflower onto the plate. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings.
