Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, broken into florets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons al-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt, to taste
How To Make cauliflower with mustard cream sauce

Step 1Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower for about 15 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, add the butter to a saucepan and whisk the flour into the butter. Cook 2 minutes.

Step 3Add the chicken stock and heavy cream and whisk until smooth and thick. Stir in the mustard. Taste and season with salt.

Step 4Drain the cauliflower place it back into the pot.

Step 5Pour the Dijon sauce over the cauliflower and serve immediately.
