I love this creamy Dijon sauce over cauliflower. Delish!

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons al-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt, to taste

How To Make cauliflower with mustard cream sauce

  • Step 1
    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower for about 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, add the butter to a saucepan and whisk the flour into the butter. Cook 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add the chicken stock and heavy cream and whisk until smooth and thick. Stir in the mustard. Taste and season with salt.
  • Step 4
    Drain the cauliflower place it back into the pot.
  • Step 5
    Pour the Dijon sauce over the cauliflower and serve immediately.
