Ingredients

1 - medium cauliflower
- salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise(i use miracle whip) salad dressing
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make cauliflower with cheese crust

Step 1

leave cauliflower whole. Cook 12-15 min in salted water. Drain

Step 2

Place cauliflower in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt Mix mayo and mustard. Coverr whole head of cauliflower with this mix. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Step 3

Bake 375 for l0 min.
