Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups cooked tomatoes, mashed (can use canned)
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 3 cups cooked cauliflower
How To Make cauliflower with a creole touch

Step 1Brown the onion and green pepper in butter. Blend in the flour and add tomatoes and seasonings. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 2Add the cooked cauliflower to the onion mixture and heat.

Step 3Place in a prepared casserole and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and cheese is melted.
