This is one of the best cauliflower steaks I have ever had. I had this at a fancy restaurant and went home and tried to replicate it, and this is pretty close.

Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower or 2 small ones
- olive oil
- salt
- 1/2 cup chopped peppadew peppers
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic crisp (optional)
How To Make cauliflower steaks with peppadew, capers, and parm

Step 1Cut two thick cauliflower steaks out of the head of the cauliflower. Discard the leaves and save the loose florets for another use. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 420 degrees F.

Step 2Lay the cauliflower on the baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt. Roast for about 30 minutes until nice and brown.

Step 3Meanwhile, mix the peppadew, capers, salt, Parmesan cheese, and garlic crisp if using.

Step 4Turn the cauliflower and top with the peppadew mixture. Roast another 10 minutes.
