Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 heads cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 scallions dark green parts only
- lime wedges for serving
How To Make cauliflower steaks with miso dressing

Step 1Whisk together the honey, stock, sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, sambal, miso and garlic in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until reduced to about 1 cup.

Step 2Trim the cauliflower heads leaving the stem intack. Cut 2 2 inch steaks out of each head of cauliflower. Put the remaining cauliflower aside for another use.

Step 3Brush the olive oil over both sides of steaks and season with salt and pepper. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Place the steaks on a baking sheet and place in oven. Roast in oven until fork tender. About 20 to 30 minutes turn once to get browned on both sides.

Step 4Remove from oven and place on plate and drizzle sauce over the steaks. Top with scallions. Serve with lime wedges
