Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons each soy sauce & water
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
- 1 scallions finely minced
- fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make cauliflower steaks with ginger soy sauce

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the cauliflower lengthwise including the stalk. Should be able to get 2 to 3 nice size steaks. Any leftover cauliflower florets keep for another use.

Step 2Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Roast 25 minutes. Until the cauliflower is pierced with a fork easily.

Step 3Whisk the remaining ingredients and pour over the cauliflower. Garnish with the cilantro.
