Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons each soy sauce & water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 scallions finely minced
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

How To Make cauliflower steaks with ginger soy sauce

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the cauliflower lengthwise including the stalk. Should be able to get 2 to 3 nice size steaks. Any leftover cauliflower florets keep for another use.
  • Step 2
    Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Roast 25 minutes. Until the cauliflower is pierced with a fork easily.
  • Step 3
    Whisk the remaining ingredients and pour over the cauliflower. Garnish with the cilantro.
