Ingredients

  • 1 pound head of cauliflower, cleaned, cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 cup celery, cut up
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/3 cup purple or red onion, chopped thin
  • - italian dressing
  • - mayonnaise, to taste
  • - lemon juice, optional
  • dash red pepper, optional

How To Make cauliflower salad

  • Step 1
    Mix Italian dressing with a little mayonnaise to your desired taste.
  • Step 2
    Combine vegetables and add the dressing.
  • Step 3
    Chill in refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
