  • 1 lb
    head of cauliflower, cleaned, cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 c
    celery, cut up
  • 1/2 c
    pitted black olives, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/3 c
    purple or red onion, chopped thin
  • ·
    italian dressing
  • ·
    mayonnaise, to taste
  • ·
    lemon juice, optional
  • dash(es)
    red pepper, optional

How to Make Cauliflower Salad


  1. Mix Italian dressing with a little mayonnaise to your desired taste.
  2. Combine vegetables and add the dressing.
  3. Chill in refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
