- 1 pound head of cauliflower, cleaned, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 cup celery, cut up
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, cut into strips
- 1/3 cup purple or red onion, chopped thin
- - italian dressing
- - mayonnaise, to taste
- - lemon juice, optional
- dash red pepper, optional
How To Make cauliflower salad

Step 1Mix Italian dressing with a little mayonnaise to your desired taste.

Step 2Combine vegetables and add the dressing.

Step 3Chill in refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
