How To Make cauliflower rice

Step 1Cut the cauliflower into small florets and slice the stems thin. Bring a pot of water to a boil and throw in some salt. Place the cauliflower in the boiling salted water and let boil for 2 minutes.

Step 2Drain the cauliflower and let cool. Place in a food processor and process for a few seconds. Don't go to long so it gets watery.

Step 3Lay out on paper towel until it drys out a bit. Use like you would regular rice.
