cauliflower poppers
This is a recipe I received at a Weight Watcher meeting several years ago. It's a great side dish to any meal and very low in points (however, I think they track differently now).

Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make cauliflower poppers

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking pan with spray or use a silpat liner.

Step 2Cut cauliflower florets into bite sized pieces; place in a bowl. Mix cumin, chilli powder, salt, pepper and ground ginger with olive oil. Pour over florets and toss to coat.

Step 3Spread evenly onto baking sheet. Cook until tender but not mushy.
