This is a recipe I received at a Weight Watcher meeting several years ago. It's a great side dish to any meal and very low in points (however, I think they track differently now).

Ingredients For cauliflower poppers

  • 1 md
    head cauliflower
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp
    chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make cauliflower poppers

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking pan with spray or use a silpat liner.

    Cut cauliflower florets into bite sized pieces; place in a bowl. Mix cumin, chilli powder, salt, pepper and ground ginger with olive oil. Pour over florets and toss to coat.

    Spread evenly onto baking sheet. Cook until tender but not mushy.
