Cauliflower Poppers

This is a recipe I received at a Weight Watcher meeting several years ago. It's a great side dish to any meal and very low in points (however, I think they track differently now).

1 medium
head cauliflower
1/4 tsp
ground cumin
1/4 tsp
chilli powder
1/4 tsp
ground ginger
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 Tbsp
olive oil

How to Make Cauliflower Poppers


  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking pan with spray or use a silpat liner.
  • 2Cut cauliflower florets into bite sized pieces; place in a bowl. Mix cumin, chilli powder, salt, pepper and ground ginger with olive oil. Pour over florets and toss to coat.
  • 3Spread evenly onto baking sheet. Cook until tender but not mushy.
