How to Make Cauliflower Poppers
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking pan with spray or use a silpat liner.
- Cut cauliflower florets into bite sized pieces; place in a bowl. Mix cumin, chilli powder, salt, pepper and ground ginger with olive oil. Pour over florets and toss to coat.
- Spread evenly onto baking sheet. Cook until tender but not mushy.
