  • 3 c
    cauliflower florets
  • ·
    cooking spray
  • 8 oz
    nonfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    eggs or egg substitute
  • 2 oz
    feta cheese
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    dill
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/3 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika

How to Make Cauliflower Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Steam cauliflower 8 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. Arrange in a shallow casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
  3. Combine sour cream and next six ingredients in a bowl. Stir well.
  4. Pour over cauliflower.
  5. Combine bread crumbs and paprika, sprinkle over cauliflower. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
