  • 1 head cauliflower trimmed and cut into floretws
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

How To Make cauliflower pesto puree

  • Step 1
    Steam the cauliflower or boil in salted water until soft. Drain well.
  • Step 2
    Place the cauliflower, basil, garlic, butter, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese & lemon juice.
  • Step 3
    Taste and season with salt and pepper
