My husband's Italian Aunt used to make these and one day she gave me the recipe. They are delicious and have a great Italian flavor to them.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch cauliflower, cooked
- 6 - eggs
- 1/4 cup bisquick
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup olive oil, extra virgin or vegetable oil
How To Make cauliflower patties

Step 1Cook cauliflower till very tender and separate and chop into tiny pieces.

Step 2Beat the eggs. Add bisquick, cheese, garlic powder and cauliflower until blended.

Step 3Heat large frying pan add oil and heat till hot.

Step 4Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of cauliflower mixture into the pan allowing room for patties to spread.

Step 5Cook till brown on both sides and drain on plate covered with paper towels.

Step 6Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
