Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 large yellow onion
- 2 - medium ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon corriander powder
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 medium cauliflower
How To Make cauliflower curry

Step 1Slice onion and chop tomatoes. Heat half the oil in a large skillet. Add onion and saute til light brown.

Step 2Add tomatoes. Cover and cook 6 minutes. Add turmeric, chili, cumin and coriander. Mix and cover and cook 3 minutes.

Step 3Cool then liquefy in a blender. Add yogurt and salt and blend again.

Step 4Cut cauliflower into florets. Saute in remaining oil til browned. Add yogurt mixture, cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
