Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 2 - medium ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon tumeric
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon corriander powder
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 medium cauliflower

How To Make cauliflower curry

  • Step 1
    Slice onion and chop tomatoes. Heat half the oil in a large skillet. Add onion and saute til light brown.
  • Step 2
    Add tomatoes. Cover and cook 6 minutes. Add turmeric, chili, cumin and coriander. Mix and cover and cook 3 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Cool then liquefy in a blender. Add yogurt and salt and blend again.
  • Step 4
    Cut cauliflower into florets. Saute in remaining oil til browned. Add yogurt mixture, cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
