Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 large
    yellow onion
  • 2
    medium ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp
    tumeric
  • 3/4 tsp
    chili powder
  • 2 tsp
    cumin powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    corriander powder
  • 1/2 c
    plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 medium
    cauliflower

How to Make CAULIFLOWER CURRY

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice onion and chop tomatoes. Heat half the oil in a large skillet. Add onion and saute til light brown.
  2. Add tomatoes. Cover and cook 6 minutes. Add turmeric, chili, cumin and coriander. Mix and cover and cook 3 minutes.
  3. Cool then liquefy in a blender. Add yogurt and salt and blend again.
  4. Cut cauliflower into florets. Saute in remaining oil til browned. Add yogurt mixture, cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
