great alternative to potatoes. I love cauliflower it is so versatile and can be made in many different ways.

Ingredients

1 large
head cauliflower
1/4 c
milk
5 Tbsp
butter
4 oz
provolone cheese shredded
1/4 c
fresh basil chopped
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cauliflower Couscous with Provolone and Basil

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut cauliflower into pieces. Process in batches in food processor until chopped fine.
  • 2Add butter to skillet. Stir in cauliflower and saute until softened stirring often. Pour in milk and add shredded provolone. Cook until cheese is melted.
  • 3Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in basil. Remove from heat and serve.
