How to Make Cauliflower Couscous with Provolone and Basil
- 1Cut cauliflower into pieces. Process in batches in food processor until chopped fine.
- 2Add butter to skillet. Stir in cauliflower and saute until softened stirring often. Pour in milk and add shredded provolone. Cook until cheese is melted.
- 3Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in basil. Remove from heat and serve.
