Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1/4 cup milk
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces provolone cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cauliflower couscous with provolone and basil

Step 1Cut cauliflower into pieces. Process in batches in food processor until chopped fine.

Step 2Add butter to skillet. Stir in cauliflower and saute until softened stirring often. Pour in milk and add shredded provolone. Cook until cheese is melted.

Step 3Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in basil. Remove from heat and serve.
