I love cauliflower and found this in my mom's recipes. I modified it to use Velveeta instead of cheese whiz.

    head of cauliflower
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c
    melted velveeta cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    french fried onions

How to Make Cauliflower Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook cauliflower until tender. Drain. Break into smaller pieces.
  2. In a large casserole dish add cauliflower, mushroom soup and melted Velveeta cheese. Top with french fried onions.
  3. Bake at 300F for 30-35 minutes.
