Ingredients
- 1 liter head cauliflower, small florets
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped (more if you prefer)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make cauliflower casserole

Step 1Put cauliflower in saucepan, add 1 cup water, cover and cook on medium heat for about 8 minutes. Drain.

Step 2Mix cauliflower with sour cream, cheddar cheese, crumbs, pepper, onions, and salt.

Step 3Put in greased 2qt casserole.

Step 4Sprinkle with parmesan.

Step 5Bake, uncovered at 325* for 30 minutes.
