Ingredients
- 1 small head of cauliflower broken into small florets
- 1 medium red onion chopped
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary finely chopped
- 7 large eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric ground
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan
- - black sesame seeds
- - salt and pepper
How To Make cauliflower cake

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Place cauliflower in salted boiling water and simmer 15 minutes. Drain. Set aside

Step 2Place a small pan with the oil and rosemary cook for 10 minutes until soft. Remove from heat and set aside. Place onion in large bowl. Add the eggs and basil, whisk well then add the flour, baking powder, turmeric, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth then stir in cauliflower.

Step 3Line the base of a springform pan with parchment paper. Spray the pan well with cooking spray. Sprinkle in black sesame seeds so they stick.

Step 4Pour the cauliflower mixture in pan. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes.
