Ingredients For cauliflower au gratin
1 lghead of cauliflower
1/2 boxvelveeta cheese
1 pkgitalian pork sausage
1/2 cdiced onion
1small container sour cream
How To Make cauliflower au gratin
1Tear apart cauliflower into bite size pieces and boil until tender. Brown sausage and onion until done then drain.
2Cut velveeta into cubes then mix all ingrediants together and put into 13x9 inch casserole dish. Bake @350 for 45 minutes
