I took this recipie to a block party and ran out. I had gotten it from a co-worker and finally decided to make it. I had so many people at the party asking me for it I decided to pass it on. Very filling and yummy

Ingredients For cauliflower au gratin

  • 1 lg
    head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 box
    velveeta cheese
  • 1 pkg
    italian pork sausage
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion
  • 1
    small container sour cream

How To Make cauliflower au gratin

  • 1
    Tear apart cauliflower into bite size pieces and boil until tender. Brown sausage and onion until done then drain.

    Cut velveeta into cubes then mix all ingrediants together and put into 13x9 inch casserole dish. Bake @350 for 45 minutes
