How to Make Cauliflower Alfredo

Step-by-Step

  1. Steam cauliflower to "al dente" stage.
  2. Place small amount of sauce on bottom of baking dish and spread thinly on bottom and sides to prevent cauliflower from sticking.
  3. Place cauliflower pieces in dish and pour remaining sauce on top.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 350 until cheese melts and dish is warmed through.
  6. Can make ahead and bake 350 for 30-40 minutes.
