2 bunchbroccoli, chopped

1red onion

6 ozmonterey jack cheese, shredded

1/2 lbbacon, fried crisp and crumbled

DRESSING

1 cmayo

4 Tbspvinegar

1/2 csugar
How to Make Cathy's Fresh Broccoli Salad
- Mix all ingredients except bacon in a shallow dish and pour dressing over - mix well and refrigerate covered. Make 24 hours ahead and every so often give the dish a shake to distribute. When you are ready to serve, toss bacon in.
- You can decrease to 1/4 cup sugar if you like and substitute nuts and raisins for the bacon.
