- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons butter
- - fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- - lemon juice, optional
How To Make carrots with orange sauce

Step 1Cook carrots until just tender.

Step 2In separate saucepan, measure in the next 5 ingredients.

Step 3Heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add parsley.

Step 4If you think it's too sweet, you can add some lemon juice.
