I worked at a health care facility for several years as a cook and every now and then we would "improvise". This added a little zip to ho-hum steamed carrots. Hope you enjoy them!

- 1 package baby carrots
- 1/2 stick margarine or butter
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch mix
How To Make carrots w/ranch sauce

Step 1steam baby carrots to the texture that you prefer. Drain, Add margarine, toss gently or melt before adding, sprinkle in dry ranch, toss till incorporated. (adjust amounts to your own taste) YUM!
