- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 8 - carrots, sliced
- 4 - green onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
How To Make carrots and bacon bits

Step 1Melt butter in skillet; add carrots, onion, salt, pepper and water. Cook, covered, over low heat 20-25 minutes, or until tender. Add bacon just before serving. Serves 2-3.
