Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 8 - carrots, sliced
  • 4 - green onions, sliced thin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

How To Make carrots and bacon bits

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in skillet; add carrots, onion, salt, pepper and water. Cook, covered, over low heat 20-25 minutes, or until tender. Add bacon just before serving. Serves 2-3.
