How to Make CARROT STICKS
- Boil carrot sticks in water until tender. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch then stir in orange juice and butter & mix until smooth. Slowly bring this to a boil and boil two minutes or until thick & bubbly.
- Drain carrots and top with orange juice mixture.
- NOTE: according to another great cook on this site, Colleen Sowa, you can cut the carrots into coins rather than into sticks.
