- 1 pound carrots, peeled and chopped
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
How To Make carrot souffle

Step 1Cook carrots 15 minutes until soft. Puree in blender, adding melted butter. Add carrots and other ingredients in mixer, adding eggs last. Mix until soupy. Spray 8x8 dish with Pam and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. You can sprinkle this with cinnamon or powdered sugar when done.
