    rice a roni, long grain & wild, original
  • 1/2 pkg
    of seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp
    mrs. dash, table blend
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper, dash coarse sea salt
  • ·
    olive oil
  • 1 c
    shredded carrots
  • 4
    mushrooms, sliced

How to Make Carrot Rice


  1. Sautee carrots & mushrooms in a small amount of olive oil. When tender add water (per box instruction)rice, carrots, & mushrooms. Add the 1/2 of package rice a roni season mix, pepper, salt, mrs. dash. Cook according to box directions.
