- 1/2 package of seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon mrs. dash, table blend
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, dash coarse sea salt
- - olive oil
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 4 - mushrooms, sliced
How To Make carrot rice

Step 1Sautee carrots & mushrooms in a small amount of olive oil. When tender add water (per box instruction)rice, carrots, & mushrooms. Add the 1/2 of package rice a roni season mix, pepper, salt, mrs. dash. Cook according to box directions.
