Ingredients
- 2 pounds peeled, sliced & cooked carrots
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon self-rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- - salt & pepper (to taste)
How To Make carrot casserole

Step 1Cook carrots until fork tender then drain. Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Add all ingredients together and combine well. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake on 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
