Ingredients

  • 4 c
    sliced carrots
  • 1 small
    onion
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/4 lb
    velveeta cheese
  • 3/4 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter

How to Make Carrot Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook carrots and onions till done, then put in 8x8 inch cooking dish. Pour the soup, milk and melted cheese mixture over the carrots and onions. Mix the cracker crumbs and butter, then put on top of rest. Bake at 350* for 30 mins.
