This is a recipe from a friend. We made it as a side dish one Easter. It was good. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 pound velveeta cheese
  • 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter

How To Make carrot casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook carrots and onions till done, then put in 8x8 inch cooking dish. Pour the soup, milk and melted cheese mixture over the carrots and onions. Mix the cracker crumbs and butter, then put on top of rest. Bake at 350* for 30 mins.
