Ingredients

6 c
carrots, sliced
1
onions, diced
1/2 c
butter
1 c
processed cheese
potato chips, crushed

Step-By-Step

1Boil carrots until half done in small amount of water.
2Drain and place in casserole.
3Add rest of ingredients.
4Cover with crushed potato chips.
5Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes.
