Carrabba's Italian Grill Vegetables In Padella

Once I made this dish, I was a little disappointed in the dish as written. Although I love veggie dishes with lots of veggies, I felt that it was a little bland. After the photo, I added some Italian seasoning and some crushed red pepper flakes and we all thought that it was much better.

1 ozextra virgin olive oil
2 largemushrooms, sliced
2garlic cloves, chopped
1 ozbroccoli florets
1 ozcauliflower florets
4 slicered bell pepper
1 ozyellow squash, sliced
1 ozzucchini, sliced
·kosher salt, to taste
·freshly ground black pepper, to taste
How to Make Carrabba's Italian Grill Vegetables In Padella
- Heat a cast-iron skillet until very hot.
- Add olive oil and mushrooms, stirring to coat the mushrooms with the olive oil.
- Stir in chopped garlic and add remaining vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper and allow vegetables to obtain a crusty finish before turning.
- Serve hot.
