3 Tbspmayonnaise (I like Duke's)

3 tspsoy sauce (low sodium)

1 tspTajin spice

1 Tbsphoney mustard

1/4 cdiced pineapple with juice
How To Make caribbean corn

1Mix all ingredients except for the pineapple and juice in a medium pot.

2Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

3Slowly stir in the pineapple and juice. Return to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
