Ingredients
- 24 brussel sprouts quartered
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make caramelized brussels sprouts

Step 1Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the sprouts and cook for 5 minutes. Drain. Wrap them in paper towels and squeeze out as much water as possible.

Step 2Add oil to a large skillet. Add 1/2 the sprouts and stiy fry for 3 minutes. Transfer sprouts to paper towels to drain. Repeat the process with the remaining sprouts.

Step 3Discard the oil from the pan and add the garlic and saute 10 seconds. Add the fish sauce and sugar. Toss in the sprouts and cook stiring for 2 minutes.
