Ingredients For caramelized brussels sprouts
24brussel sprouts quartered
1/4 colive oil
4 clovegarlic minced
1 Tbspfish sauce
How To Make caramelized brussels sprouts
1Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the sprouts and cook for 5 minutes. Drain. Wrap them in paper towels and squeeze out as much water as possible.
2Add oil to a large skillet. Add 1/2 the sprouts and stiy fry for 3 minutes. Transfer sprouts to paper towels to drain. Repeat the process with the remaining sprouts.
3Discard the oil from the pan and add the garlic and saute 10 seconds. Add the fish sauce and sugar. Toss in the sprouts and cook stiring for 2 minutes.
