Ingredients
- 10 cups jalapeno peppers -- sliced
- 2 cloves garlic -- peeled and cloves separated from bulb
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 3 cups water
- 3 teaspoons pickling salt
How To Make canning peppers

Step 1Place washed peppers and garlic into hot sterile jars leaving ¼” headspace.

Step 2Boil water, vinegar, & salt together.

Step 3Pour hot liquid over peppers leaving ¼” headspace

Step 4Put the lids on very tightly.

Step 5Process jars in boiling water in a large stock pot so the lids will seal. (10 minutes for pint jars and 15 minutes for quart jars at a steady boil).

Step 6Let these peppers set for 2 to 3 weeks before opening.
