Ingredients
- 4 cups 1/2 inch sliced carrots,fresh gives better results and color
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, light
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make candied carrots

Step 1Cook Carrots in saucepan of boiling water just until tender 8-10 Minutes. Drain.

Step 2In a skillet combine butter,cranberry sauce,brown sugar and salt. Heat slowly and stir until cranberry sauce melts.

Step 3Add drained carrots; heat & stir occasionally, until nicely glazed on all carrots, about 5-8 minutes.

Step 4Garnish with fresh parsley if you like, I do and serve. Enjoy!
