How to Make Candied Carrots
- 1Cook Carrots in saucepan of boiling water just until tender 8-10 Minutes. Drain.
- 2In a skillet combine butter,cranberry sauce,brown sugar and salt. Heat slowly and stir until cranberry sauce melts.
- 3Add drained carrots; heat & stir occasionally, until nicely glazed on all carrots, about 5-8 minutes.
- 4Garnish with fresh parsley if you like, I do and serve. Enjoy!
