Ingredients
- 2 acorn squash, cut in half and seeds scooped out.
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
How To Make candied acorn squash

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Placed acorn squash cut side up on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Place in oven for 30 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, melt the butter and add the remaining ingredients.

Step 3After 30 minutes pour the butter mixture equally into the acorn shells.

Step 4Bake another 30 minutes. Serve.
