2acorn squash, cut in half and seeds scooped out.

1/2 choney

1/2 cbrown sugar

1 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspground ginger

1 Tbsplemon juice

How To Make candied acorn squash

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Placed acorn squash cut side up on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Place in oven for 30 minutes.

2Meanwhile, melt the butter and add the remaining ingredients.

3After 30 minutes pour the butter mixture equally into the acorn shells.

4Bake another 30 minutes. Serve.
