All the ladies at the office love it. It is great filling and fat free and makes a great and healthy lunch or a side dish for a main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cabbage head
  • Drizzle - olive oil, extra virgin
  • - salt and pepper
  • - garlic

How To Make cabbage

  • Step 1
    Quarter the large cabbage head and remove the core
  • Step 2
    Place 1 piece of Cabbage on 1 piece of Aluminum Foil
  • Step 3
    Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Step 4
    Salt and Pepper and place garlic on Cabbage
  • Step 5
    Cook on 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes until cooked to desire tenderness.
  • Step 6
    Your can top with salsa or mustard and still be fat free and on your diet
