Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 large
    cabbage head
  • Drizzle
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • ·
    garlic

How to Make Cabbage

Step-by-Step

  1. Quarter the large cabbage head and remove the core
  2. Place 1 piece of Cabbage on 1 piece of Aluminum Foil
  3. Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  4. Salt and Pepper and place garlic on Cabbage
  5. Cook on 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes until cooked to desire tenderness.
  6. Your can top with salsa or mustard and still be fat free and on your diet
