Ingredients For cabbage

  • 1 lg
    cabbage head
  • Drizzle
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic

How To Make cabbage

    Quarter the large cabbage head and remove the core
  • 2
    Place 1 piece of Cabbage on 1 piece of Aluminum Foil
  • 3
    Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4
    Salt and Pepper and place garlic on Cabbage
  • 5
    Cook on 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes until cooked to desire tenderness.

    Your can top with salsa or mustard and still be fat free and on your diet
