Ingredients

  • 1 medium
    cabbage head
  • 1 small
    onion, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    cooking oil
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • pinch
    of ground ginger, garlic salt, ground turmeric and salt

How to Make Cabbage Curry

Step-by-Step

  1. Trim outer leaves of cabbage. Cut into halves and remove core.
  2. Cut cabbage into very small, thin slices.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and steam over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 25 to 30 minutes.
