Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    cabbage
  • 1 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter, melted and divided
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 10 oz can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1
    sleeve of ritz crackers

How to Make CABBAGE CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
  2. CHOP CABBAGE AND PLACE GREASED 9 IN BAKING DISH
  3. SPREAD ONIONS EVENLY OVER CABBAGE
  4. POUR 1/4 CUP BUTTER OVER ONIONS
  5. ADD PEPPER
  6. MIX MAYO AND SOUP IN A BOWL THEN SPREAD EVENLY OVER CABBAGE
  7. IN MIXING BOWL ADD REMAINING BUTTER, CHEESE, AND CRUSHED CRACKERS AND SPRINKLE OVER THE TOP
  8. BAKE UNCOVERED FOR 45 MIN.
