This dish freezes well! So for my family I put half of it in the freezer before it's too cooked.

Ingredients
- 1/2 large cabbage head (chopped)
- 1 package bacon
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 - tomatoes, lg can chopped
- - salt and pepper
How To Make cabbage & bacon

Step 1Brown bacon in a large frying pan. Remove bacon & keep enough fat to saute onions.

Step 2Once onions are golden (salt & pepper cabbage)& add to pan. Note saute cabbage just a little don't over cook.

Step 3Then add bacon & canned tomatoes. Simmer cabbage to desired firmness.
