Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 8 medium yellow squash, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make buttery squash

Step 1melt the butter in a large skillet over high heat.

Step 2add the remaining ingredients and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the squash begins to brown, stirring frequently.
