Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs or egg subsitute
- 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups mashed, cooked butternut squash or 2 10 oz. packages of cooked frozen winter squash (thawed and drained.)
- 3/4 cup crisp rice cereal
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
How To Make butternut squash bake

Step 1Mix together butter and sugar, beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir in squash (mixture will be thin).

Step 2Pour into a greased 11 x 7 in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until almost set.

Step 3Combine rice cereal, brown sugar and melted butter, sprinkle over casserole. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
