butter fried cukes
I love reading old cookbooks, and have a collection of many, old church cookbooks from all over America. While rifling through the pages, I came across this nice little recipe, and had to cook them little buggers up! Quick and easy, and don't we all love a little butter???? I am also considering doing a Tempura and Panko combination preparation next time. I Don't know why?? This butter fried recipe is delicious! Nancy... 7/7/2013
