Ingredients
- 1/4 cup grey poupon hearty spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
- 1 package butter beans, frozen, cooked according to package, drained & cooled
- 1 - red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 - 6 oz. packages boiled ham, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, dried
How To Make butter bean salad

Step 1Mix mustard, oil & lemon juice until well blended; set aside.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add mustard mixture; toss to coat. Cover.

Step 3Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
