Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grey poupon hearty spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 package butter beans, frozen, cooked according to package, drained & cooled
  • 1 - red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 - 6 oz. packages boiled ham, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, dried

How To Make butter bean salad

  • Step 1
    Mix mustard, oil & lemon juice until well blended; set aside.
  • Step 2
    Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add mustard mixture; toss to coat. Cover.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
