- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
- fresh basil leaves, chiffonade
How To Make burst cherry tomatoes with a basil balsamic glaze

Step 1Place the balsamic vinegar in a saucepan. Place over low heat and let reduce for about 20 minutes.

Step 2Skewer the tomatoes on soaked bamboo or metal skewers. Heat a grill. Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3Place on the grill until they burst.

Step 4Remove from skewers to a bowl. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and garnish with the basil.
