How To Make burst cherry tomatoes with a basil balsamic glaze

1Place the balsamic vinegar in a saucepan. Place over low heat and let reduce for about 20 minutes.

2Skewer the tomatoes on soaked bamboo or metal skewers. Heat a grill. Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

3Place on the grill until they burst.

4Remove from skewers to a bowl. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and garnish with the basil.
