    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 pt
    cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh basil leaves, chiffonade

How To Make burst cherry tomatoes with a basil balsamic glaze

    Place the balsamic vinegar in a saucepan. Place over low heat and let reduce for about 20 minutes.

    Skewer the tomatoes on soaked bamboo or metal skewers. Heat a grill. Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

    Place on the grill until they burst.

    Remove from skewers to a bowl. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and garnish with the basil.
