  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    each paprika, garlic powder and black pepper
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 c
    milk, more or less to make a smooth thick coating
  • 1 large
    head of cauliflower broken into golf ball size florets
  • 1/4 c
    favorite hot sauce. i used franks
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp

How to Make Buffalo Cauliflower


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt and milk together. Mix until well incorporated. Dip the florets in the batter and place on baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes flipping half way through. Meanwhile combine the hot sauce, butter and honey. Brush on the cauliflower and bake an additional 20 minutes continuing to brush with the hot sauce mixture.
  3. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery.
